Mr. Frees heads the Firm's Estate Planning and Wealth Preservation Section, and Co-chairs the Elder Law Solutions section of the Firm. In addition to his law practice, Mr. Frees is Chairman of Success Technologies, has appeared on National Public Radio, and is a frequent speaker in the area of trust and estate planning and administration, charitable giving, and communication and presentation skills.  In 2010, 2011 and 2012, Mr. Frees was named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer in Philadelphia Magazine by Super Lawyers©, a Thomson Reuters Company.  In 2011, Mr. Frees was named as a "Top Lawyer" by Main Line Today Magazine.
