An Ethics presentation featuring Circular 230 – The Basics and More presented by Gregory Martinelli. In this presentation Mr. Martinelli will cover the “Tax Ethics” Regulatory Landscape including the following information on Circular 230; an overview, Key Pratical Provisions, Handling Tax Information, Rendering Tax Advice, and Sanctions Regime.
This meeting will be held at 550 E. Swedesford Rd., Wayne, PA and be streamed to a Center City location at 2005 Market Street. Breakfast will be at 7:45am and the educational program will run from 8:15am – 9:15am. You will also have the option of live streaming this program to a location of your choice. Please note, CE credits will only be available to those who attend in person at etiher the Wayne or Center City locations.
